Attach Tooling (A) to the corners of cab (14). The weight of cab (14) is approximately 771 kg (1700 lb). Install cab (14) .

Place hydraulic cylinder (17) into position. Install bolt (16) and the nut.

Install pin (15) to both sides of the machine.

Remove Tooling (A) from cab (14) .
Tilt the cab. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Cab - Tilt".

Place harness assembly (11) into position. Install clamp (13) and the bolts.
Install harness assembly (11) and the bolts.
Install harness assembly (9) and tighten the bolt.
Connect harness assemblies (12) and (10) .

Install cable assembly (7) and tighten nut (8) to the propel pump. Install pin (6) and the cotter pin.

Connect hose assemblies (5) to the metering pump.
Place hose assemblies (3) and hoses (2) into position. Install clamps (4) and the bolts.

Install hoses (2) and tighten the clamps.
Install clamp (1) and the bolts.
Connect hose assemblies (3) .
Charge the air conditioner system. The correct charge is 1.3 kg (2.9 lb). Refer to Service Manual, "Air Conditioning and Heating Systems with R-143a Refrigerant" for the correct procedure. Refer to Special Publication, NEDG5065, "Air Conditioning Tools" for the correct tools.
Close the engine enclosure (hood).End By: Lower the cab. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Cab - Tilt".
