Personal injury can result from being struck by parts propelled by a released spring force.Make sure to wear all necessary protective equipment.Follow the recommended procedure and use all recommended tooling to release the spring force.
Disconnect strut (1) from door assembly (2) .
Disconnect harness assembly (3) and disconnect hose (4) .

Remove retaining rings (6) and remove pins (5) in order to remove door assembly (2) from the machine.

Remove screws (7) and reposition handle assembly (8). Disconnect harness assembly (9) and remove handle assembly (8) from door assembly (2) .

Remove wiper arm nut (10) in order to remove wiper arm assembly (11) from door assembly (2) .Note: Note the orientation of wiper arm assembly (11) prior to removal for assembly purposes.

Remove nut (13) and remove nut (14) in order to remove wiper motor (12) from door assembly (2) .Installation Procedure

Position wiper motor (12) to door assembly (2). Install nut (14). Tighten nut (14) to a torque of 5.5 0.5 N m (48.7 4.4 lb in). Install nut (13). Tighten nut (13) to a torque of 6.5 0.5 N m (57.5 4.4 lb in).

Position wiper arm assembly (11) to door assembly (2). Install wiper arm nut (10). Tighten wiper arm nut (10) to a torque of 23 1 N m (203 9 lb in). Wait for a minimum of 0.5 hour and torque wiper arm nut (10) again to torque of 23 1 N m (203 9 lb in).Note: While you are in the field, check the torque of wiper arm nut (10) to a minimum torque of 12 N m (106 lb in).

Connect harness assembly (9) to handle assembly (8). Position handle assembly (8) to door assembly (2) and install screws (7). Tighten screws (7) to a torque of 6 1 N m (53 9 lb in).

Position door assembly (2) to the machine and install pins (5). Install retaining rings (6) .

Connect hose (4) and connect harness assembly (3) .
Connect strut (1) to door assembly (2) .
