( 1 ) The optional tools can be used in place of the digital pressure measurement tools which are specified in the required tool list.
Park the machine on a smooth, horizontal surface.

Move propulsion lever (1) to the NEUTRAL position.

Move parking brake switch (2) to the ON position.

Move cab position switch (3) to the RIGHT position. Release the switch when the operator station reaches the left side of the machine.
Stop the engine.

Remove the protective cover from the auxiliary manifold.
Connect Tool (B) to port "G3" (4) of the auxiliary manifold. Connect Tool (B) to Tool (A) .

Start the engine. Move throttle switch (5) to the HIGH IDLE position. Engine speed should be 2225 75 rpm.
Operate the engine at high idle. Monitor the hydraulic oil temperature on oil temperature gauge (6). Operate the machine until the oil temperature reaches 43° 5.6°C (110° 10°F).
Read the pressure at port "G3" (4). The pressure should be 9660 345 kPa (1400 50 psi).
If the pressure is outside the specified range, adjust with the following procedure.

Loosen the locknut on pressure reducing valve (7) for the rotor hood. In order to increase pressure, rotate the adjustment screw clockwise. In order to decrease pressure, rotate the adjustment screw counterclockwise.
Hold the adjustment screw and tighten the locknut.
Stop the engine. Remove the tooling. Replace the cover on the auxiliary manifold.
