Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change" for the correct draining and filling procedures.

Disconnect tube assembly (1) .
Remove bolts (2) and temperature regulator housing (3) .

Remove water temperature regulators (4) and seal (5) from temperature regulator housing (3) .
Clean any lubricant from bore (6) .

Note: Note the orientation of the lip seals for installation purposes.
Remove lip seals (7) .Installation Procedure
Install water temperature regulators (4) in the reverse order of removal.
Apply a thin layer of Tooling (A) to lip seals (7) and to bore (6) .
