A 1U-7575 Hex Wrench 1 Start By:
Remove the door panel. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Door Panel (Left) - Remove and Install". Note: Put identification marks on all wires for installation purposes.Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Prior to the removal procedure, the exterior of the component should be thoroughly cleaned. This will help to prevent dirt from entering the internal mechanism.

Remove screws (2).
Remove bolts (1) in order to remove plate assembly (3) from the cab door.
Remove plate assembly (3).

Support the glass assembly. Remove nuts (4).
Install Tooling (A) into the door. Lower the glass assembly onto Tooling (A).

Remove screws (5) in order to remove regulator assembly (6) from the cab door.
Remove regulator assembly (6).

Disconnect harness assembly (7). Installation Procedure

Inspect all of the components for wear and replace the components, if necessary.
Connect harness assembly (7) to regulator assembly (6).

Install regulator assembly (6). Install screws (5).

Raise the glass assembly from Tooling (A). Install nuts (4). Remove Tooling (A) from the cab door.

Install plate assembly (3). Install bolts (1).
Install screws (2). End By:
Install the door panel (left). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Door Panel (Left) - Remove and Install".
