2. Disconnect line (2) from the main harness. Move the line away from the inlet manifold.3. Remove the bolts that hold bracket (1) in position. Remove the bracket.4. Remove line (6) from the elbow on the aftercooler.5. Remove line (3) from the fuel ratio control and the inlet manifold.6. Remove bolts (4). Remove the bonnet and tube (5) from the inlet manifold and turbocharger as a unit. 7. Remove tubes (10) and (8) from the engine.8. Install two 3/8"-16NC forged eyebolts in the top of the inlet manifold.9. Fasten a hoist to the inlet manifold. Remove bolts (9) that hold the inlet manifold to the cylinder head assemblies. Remove inlet manifold (7). Weight of the inlet manifold is 250 lb. (113.4 kg). 10. Remove four bolts (12). Remove manifold (11) from manifold (15). Remove six bolts (13). Remove manifold assembly (14) from manifold (15).Install Inlet Manifold
1. Put a new gasket on manifold (3). Put manifold assembly (5) in position and install six bolts (4) that hold it.2. Put a new gasket on manifold (1). Put manifold (1) in position on manifold (3). Install four bolts (2) that hold it. 3. Fasten a hoist to inlet manifold (6). Put the inlet manifold in position on the cylinder head assemblies. Install the bolts that hold it.4. Put the bonnet and tube (10) in position on the turbocharger and aftercooler. Install the bolts that hold it.5. Install line (11) on the aftercooler. 6. Install line (9) on the fuel ratio control and inlet manifold.7. Put bracket (7) in position on the inlet manifold and dash. Install the bolts that hold it.8. Connect line (8) to the main harness.9.
