Start By:
Remove the tilt cylinder. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Tilt Cylinder - Remove".
Remove the tilt levers. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Tilt Lever (Front) - Remove and Install". Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Tilt Lever (Rear) - Remove and Install".
Remove the bucket. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Bucket - Remove and Install".

Install Tooling (A) under the crossmember of the lift arms.

Disconnect harness assembly (3). Remove bolts (2). Remove sensor assembly (1) .

Remove bolts (5) and the clips for each tube assembly. Reposition two tube assemblies (4) out of the path of the lift arms.

Attach a suitable lifting device onto the lift cylinders. Place wood blocks on the front axle and the frame in order to support the lift cylinders.
Remove bolt (6) and pin assembly (7). Lower the lift cylinder onto the wood blocks. Repeat for the other lift cylinder.

Attach a suitable lifting device onto the lift arms.

Remove bolt (10), pin assembly (9), and shims (8). Note the location of any shims in order to aid in installation. Repeat for the other side.
Remove the lift arms. The weight of the lift arms is approximately 476 kg (1050 lb).

Remove lip seals (11) from each side of all bearings (12) .

Use Tooling (B) to remove the bearings.

Use Tooling (C) for removal of the bearings from the remaining bores.
