Information:

start by: a) remove radiator1. Loosen the tension on the fan and alternator belts. Remove the fan and alternator belts.2. Loosen the bolt in the end of the crankshaft until there is approximately .12 in. (3.0 mm) clearance between the washer and crankshaft pulley. 3. Install tooling (A) and loosen the pulley from the crankshaft. Remove tooling (A).4. Remove the bolt, washer, and crankshaft pulley from the crankshaft.Install Crankshaft Pulley
1. Put crankshaft pulley (1) in position on the crankshaft.2. Install the washer and bolt that holds the pulley in place. 3. Install two 1/2"-13 NC bolts (2) 1 1/2" long in the pulley as shown. Put a pry bar between the bolts to keep the crankshaft from turning while the bolt is being tightened to the correct torque.4. Tighten the bolt to a torque of 230 20 lb.ft. (31.8 2.8 mkg).5. Hit the bolt with a hammer. Tighten the bolt again to a torque of 230 20 lb.ft. (31.8 2.8 mkg).6. Put the fan and alternator belts in position on the pulleys. Make an adjustment to the belt tension.
