Remove the quick coupler.
When you are using hydraulic cylinders and puller studs, always ensure that the rated capacity of the puller stud meets or exceeds the rated capacity of the hydraulic cylinder. If the puller stud does not meet or exceed the rated capacity of the hydraulic cylinder, a sudden failure of the puller stud could occur. The sudden failure of the puller stud could result in personal injury or death.

Position lift arm (1) on Tooling (B).
Position link assembly (2) on Tooling (F). The weight of link assembly (2) is approximately 88 kg (194 lb).

Remove bolt (3).

Attach a suitable lifting device to Tooling (A). The weight of Tooling (A) is approximately 73 kg (161 lb). Use Tooling (A) to remove pin assembly (4). Remove pin assembly (4).

Remove lip seals (5) from both sides of the link assembly.

Use Tooling (C) to remove bearings (6) and (7). Remove bearings (6) and (7).Installation Procedure
Install link assembly (2) in the reverse order of removal.
Use Tooling (C) to install bearing (7) to a depth of 8.6 0.5 mm (0.33 0.02 in).
Use Tooling (C) to install bearing (6) to a depth of 9.1 0.5 mm (0.36 0.02 in).
Apply Tooling (G) to bore prior to installation of lip seals (5).
Lubricate lip seals (5) lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed. Use Tooling (D) to install new lip seals (5).
Use Tooling (E) to install pin assembly (4). After the pin installation and before rotating the pin joint, apply Tooling (H) to the joint through the grease fitting.
