PROBLEM
A performance issue has been identified with certain control groups (keypads) in dealer parts stock. All 149-2356, 149-3253, 149-3254, 149-3255, 200-6198, and 225-9217 Control Groups (Keypads) need to be removed from dealer parts stock.
These control groups are now serviced by new part numbers as shown below:

ACTION REQUIRED
Remove all 149-2356, 149-3253, 149-3254, 149-3255, 200-6198, and 225-9217 Control Groups (Keypads) from dealer parts stock.
SERVICE CLAIM ALLOWANCES
Submit one claim for all parts removed from dealer parts stock.
