Remove the drive shaft. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Main Drive Shaft - Remove and Install".
Remove the power train oil pump. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Power Train Oil Pump - Remove".
Remove the equipment pump. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Equipment Pump - Remove".Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before the disassembly procedure, the exterior of the component should be thoroughly cleaned. This will help to prevent dirt from entering the internal mechanism.

Disconnect rod end (6) from the steering clutch and brake control valve.
Remove the cotter pin and pin (2) from the brake control linkage.
Remove bolts (1) and support (3) from the machine.
Disconnect the hose assembly from torque converter outlet relief valve (4) .
Disconnect wires (5) from the temperature switch.

Disconnect hoses (7) and (8) from the torque converter.

Install Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device in the top of the torque converter housing.
Remove bolts (9) that hold the torque converter to the flywheel housing.
Install two 3/8 inch - 16 NC forcing screws in the torque converter housing. Tighten the forcing screws evenly. Remove torque converter (10) from the flywheel housing. The weight of torque converter (10) is approximately 111 kg (245.0 lb).
Lower the torque converter to the ground. Remove the torque converter.
Remove the O-ring seals from the torque converter housing.
