1 - - Before assembly, the surfaces must be clean and free from protective coating.
2 2 9W-2201 Duo-Cone Seal Gp During assembly, the rubber toric seals and all the contacting surfaces must be clean and dry. Before assembly, apply a thin film of 6V-4876 Lubricant on the mating surfaces of the metal seals. Make sure that the seals are assembled square with the bore. The rubber toric seal should not bulge and the rubber toric seal should not twist.
3 1 9W-2146 Plug Before assembly, apply 185-3996 Thread Lock Compound to the threads of the plug.
Torque to 25 3 N m (18 2 lb ft)
4 2 8F-6711 O-Ring Seal Lightly lubricate the bore of the two O-ring seals with the lubricant that is being sealed.
- - - End play for the track roller shaft:
Minimum is 0.25 mm (0.010 inch).
Maximum is 1.25 mm (0.049 inch).
