Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

Install seals (20), seal assembly (21), retaining plates (22) and rear pressure plate (19).

Install flange assembly (11) and the bolts that hold flange assembly (11) to pump body (7). Tighten the bolts to a torque of 115 5 N m (85 3 lb ft).
Turn the shaft of the pump in order to ensure that the shaft turns freely. The shaft should not bind in any direction.
