1. Release the pressure in the hydraulic system by slowly loosening the fill cap located on top of the hydraulic oil tank.2. Remove eight bolts (2). Remove console cover (1).3. Put identification marks on four hoses (6) for installation purposes. Disconnect the four hydraulic hoses (6).4. Disconnect the one electrical connector from under the console cover.5. Put identification marks on the two wires connected to the forward pressure switch, the reverse pressure switch and the back-up alarm pressure switch for installation purposes. Disconnect the two wires from forward pressure switch (3), the two wires from reverse pressure switch (5) and the two wires from back-up alarm pressure switch (4). In the following steps, the console cover is removed for better photo illustration.6. For alignment and adjustment purposes, mark the location of knob (8). Remove Allen screw (7) and knob (8) from the speed limiter valve.7. Remove two roll pins (9) and o-ring seal (10) from knob (8).8. Remove four socket head bolts (12), the washers and locknuts that hold propulsion valve (13) and speed limiter valve (11) to the console cover. Remove the two valves as a unit.9. The locknuts should be discarded and replaced with new parts.13. Install the speed limiter valve in the reverse order14. Fill the hydraulic oil tank to the correct level with oil.
