To prevent personal injury, release the pressure from the hydraulic system before any lines are removed or disconnected.
1. Drain the oil from the hydraulic tank. The capacity of the system is 72 liter (19 U.S.gal.).2. Put identification on all hose and tube assemblies, that are to be removed for assembly purposes. 3. Remove the bolts that connect tube assemblies (2) to main control valve (1) and the hose assemblies.4. Remove tube assemblies (2) from the machine. 5. Remove the three bolts and bracket assembly (9).6. Loosen two hose clamps (3), and slide hose (7) to the rear of the machine.7. Remove the four bolts and tube assembly (8) from the control valves.8. Remove the two bolts that hold the bracket and the tube assembly (6) to the inside of the frame.9. Remove the four bolts that connect tube assembly (6) and elbow (4) to the control valves.10. Remove elbow (4) from the control valves.11. Remove bolt (5) and nut that hold the two clips together. 12. Disconnect tube assembly (10) and (11) from the drain valve. 13. Remove the cotter pins and pins (17) that connect clevises (13) and (14) to the levers.14. Remove the bolts and clips (15) and clip (12) that hold the
