Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the front axle. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Front Axle - Remove".
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Attach a suitable lifting device onto lean bar (1). The weight of lean bar (1) is approximately 123 kg (271 lb).
Remove bolt (2) and cap (3). Repeat this step for the opposite end.
Remove lock bolt (4) .
Remove lean bar (1) .

Remove lip seals (5). Remove bearing sleeve (6) .Installation Procedure

Install bearing sleeve (6). Install lip seals (5) .

Use a suitable lifting device in order to install lean bar (1). The weight of lean bar (1) is approximately 123 kg (271 lb). Install cap (3) and bolt (2). Repeat this step for the opposite end.
Install lock bolt (4) .End By: Install the front axle. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Front Axle - Install".
