WHEEL LOADER,
Compatible equipment models: 3623461:
Information:
1. Place steel blocks (1) between the frame and rear axle housing. 2. Remove cap (2) install chuck from tool group (A), and relieve nitrogen pressure from rear cylinder.3. Remove upper cylinder pin (3), attach hoist, and lower cylinder. 4. Balance the cylinder, remove the lower pin (4), and remove the cylinder from the machine-weight 275 lbs. (125 kg).Install Rear Suspension Cylinder
1. Align lower end of suspension cylinder with pin boss on rear axle housing and install pin (4).2. Raise cylinder into position and install upper cylinder pin.concluding step: a) charge cylinderCharging Rear Suspension Cylinders (Oil)
Do not attempt to check oil in suspension cylinder until all nitrogen pressure has been released. Do not, under any circumstances, remove valves or plugs from the cylinder unless the rod is fully retracted and all nitrogen pressure released. Add oil only when the suspension cylinder rod is fully retracted and all nitrogen pressure has been released.
1. Relieve the nitrogen pressure. 2. Drop guard by removing bolts and lockwashers (4). 3. Install charging chuck (5). Turn chuck CLOCKWISE to unseat nitrogen charging valve (1).4. Remove plug (3) from ball check valve (2) and install an 8H6356 Giant Button Head Fitting (7).5. Open air bleed valve (8) and attach volume compressor oil hose connector (6) to ball check valve (2).6. Using a 7H1680 Volume Compressor fill cylinder until oil, free of bubbles and gas, flows from the air bleed valve (8) and charging chuck (5). When adding oil to suspension cylinders, use only (Series 3) SAE 10W.7. On 772 Tractor and 773 Truck only, raise the frame sufficiently to allow insertion of 2.69 in. (68.3 mm) thick steel blocks between the stops on the frame and axles so dimension (A) for the rear suspension cylinders is: 772 TRACTOR (Serial Numbers 80S1 - 80S54)773 TRUCK (Serial Numbers 63G1 - 63G-670)A. Oil charged 31.16 in. (791.5 mm)772 TRACTOR (Serial Numbers 80S55-UP)773 TRUCK (Serial Numbers 63G671-UP)A. Oil charged 34.28 in. (870.7 mm)8. Using the volume compressor fill with oil until it flows freely from both the air bleed valve (8) and charging chuck (5).9. Remove fitting (7) and install plug (3). 10. Connect the nitrogen charging group. This procedure should be performed on both cylinders to allow the nitrogen charging of both cylinders simultaneously.
