Remove bolts (15) from rotor chamber (6).
Start the engine. Raise the machine slowly and install the service supports. Remove rotor chamber (6). The weight of rotor chamber (6) is approximately 6803 kg (15000 lb).Installation Procedure

Install four guide bolts in order to aid in installation.

Place a dolly and a flat metal skid under rotor chamber (6). The weight of rotor chamber (6) is approximately 6803 kg (15000 lb). Start the engine and raise the machine. Install rotor chamber (6) under the machine. Install rotor chamber (6) and lower the machine onto rotor chamber (6). Shut down the engine.

Remove guide bolts (16) from rotor chamber (6) .
Install bolts (15) to rotor chamber (6) .

Lower conveyor assembly (12). Install pin assembly (14) and bolt (13) .
Remove Tooling (A) from conveyor assembly (12) .

Connect hose assemblies (11) to four hydraulic cylinders (8). Install the clamps to the hose assemblies.
Connect hose assemblies (10) to four hydraulic cylinders (9) .

Disconnect chains (7) .
Remove the blocks from rotor chamber (6) .

Reposition control box (5) and install the bolts.

Connect hose (4) and tighten the clamps.

Connect harness assembly (3). Install the cable straps to harness assembly (3) .

Connect hose assemblies (1) to hydraulic cylinder (2) .End By: Install the lower sheave (rotor drive). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Lower Sheave (Rotor Drive) - Install".
