Start By:a. remove engine and pump drive 1. Remove rear engine mount (1). 2. Remove hose (2).3. Attach hoist and link brackets (A) to the pump drive.4. Remove bolts (3) and separate the pump drive from the engine. The weight of the pump drive is 127 kg (280 lb). Start By:a. remove pump drive1. Drain the oil from the pump drive. 2. The pump drive should be positioned so that the hydraulic pump adapter pads (1) are facing up.3. Remove adapter pads (1). On assembly, use 1U8846 Gasket Eliminator to seal the adapter pads and the engine adapter. Use 9S3263 Threadlock on the bolts securing the adapter pads and the engine adapter. 4. Remove driven gears and bearings (2). It may be necessary to tip the gear slightly to clear the pinion gear bearing pocket. 5. Position the pump drive with engine adapter (3) facing up. Remove the engine adapter. Remove the pinion gear and bearings. 6. To replace the oil seal, drive the oil seal toward the engine side of the adapter. 7. To remove bearings (4) from the gear hubs, use a puller or a press. To assemble the pump drive, reverse the disassembly steps.End By:a. install pump drive
