Introduction
This special instruction provides the instructions for installing the 177-9152 Roading Plate and Mounting Gp (Bucket Kit) on Skid Steer Loaders. The bucket kit is part of the roading conversion arrangements that are identified in Table 1.

The 177-9152 Roading Plate and Mounting Gp (Bucket Kit)
Position the 184-6097 Roading Plate Gp (Left Hand) (7) on the left side of the bucket. See Illustration 1.
Use one 8T-4186 Bolt (4), two 8T-4121 Hard Washers (2), one 039-8557 Washer (5), one 177-9153 Plate (1), and one 6V-8949 Nut (3) to secure the 184-6097 Roading Plate Gp (Left Hand) (7) to the bucket. See Detail A in Illustration 1.
Position the 184-6098 Roading Plate Gp (Right Hand) (8) on the right side of the bucket.
Use one 8T-4186 Bolt (4), two 8T-4121 Hard Washers (2), one 039-8557 Washer (5), one 177-9153 Plate (1), and one 6V-8949 Nut (3) to secure the 184-6098 Roading Plate Gp (Right Hand) (8) to the bucket. See Detail A in Illustration 1.
Complete the installation by fastening roading plate (7) and roading plate (8) at the overlap with two 8T-4137 Bolts (6), four 8T-4121 Hard Washers (2), and two 6V-8949 Nuts (3). See Detail B in Illustration 1.
