(1) 345-1236 Lifting Bracket (2) 7X-2581 Bolt (3) 9X-8258 Hard Washer (6) Support Plate
Once drum support plate (6) is secure, remove 7X-2581 Bolt (2) and 9X-8258 Hard Washer (3). Unhook overhead lifting device and store tooling properly.Note: For more information on proper tool storage, refer to the Maintenance Section in this manual.Install Drum Support Plate
Attach 345-1236 Lifting Bracket (1) to the threaded hole in support plate (6) using 7X-2581 Bolt (2) and 9X-8258 Hard Washer (3). Tighten the bolt to standard torque.

Use overhead lifting device (5) to lift and position support plate (6) at the machine.

Install two dealer supplied guide bolts (8) in machine frame threaded holes.
Use overhead lifting device to carefully slide support plate (6) onto guide bolts (8) .Note: For more information on correct installation procedures, refer to the appropriate Disassembly and Assembly manual.
Install seven support plate bolts (7) in support plate (6) and tighten securely.Note: All support plate bolts should be tightened to the required specification after guide bolts and lifting bracket are removed.

Refer to appropriate Disassembly and Assembly manual for procedures to assemble lower support plate/final drive and drum components.
Remove guide bolts (8). Remove 7X-2581 Bolt (2) and 9X-8258 Hard Washer (3). Move tooling away from the machine.Note: Save 7X-2581 Bolt (2), 9X-8258 Hard Washer (3), and guide bolts (8) for reuse.
Remove 189-0410 Screw Pin Shackle (4) and 345-1236 Lifting Bracket (1) from the overhead lifting device. Store all tooling properly.Note: For more information on proper tool storage, refer to the Maintenance Section in this manual.

Install three remaining support plate bolts (7) in support plate (6). Tighten all ten support plate bolts to standard torque.Note: For more information on correct installation procedures, refer to the appropriate Disassembly and Assembly manual.Maintenance Section
Inspection
Inspect 345-1236 Lifting Bracket (1), screw pin shackle (4), and all related hardware before each use. Immediately replace any worn or damaged components.

Inspect all welds and check for damaged, cracked, or bent components.
Inspect all hardware for damaged threads and cracked or bent components.

Do not use unless all load identification markings are legible.

Do not use if shackle holes and/or bolt hole are elongated.
Have tools inspected annually by an approved dealership inspector. Maintain a written record of all inspections.Cleaning
Clean tools using a non-solvent based cleaner.Storage
Store tools indoors in a clean, dry location, laying flat or hanging from appropriate hooks to prevent falling.Tool Disposal
At the end of the operational life of the tool, destroy the tool and dispose of as scrap.
