Disassembly Procedure
Start By:
Remove the hydraulic oil filter for the implement system. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hydraulic Oil Filter (Implement) - Remove".
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.
Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before the disassembly procedure, the exterior of the component should be thoroughly clean. This will help to prevent dirt from entering the internal components.

Position the hydraulic oil filter onto a suitable work bench.
Loosen filter bolt (1) (not shown) in order to remove housing assembly (3) from filter cover (2). Remove housing assembly (3) from filter cover (2) .

Remove pin (6) from filter bolt (1).
Remove screen assembly (5) and the two hydraulic element assemblies from filter cover (2) .
Remove O-ring seal (4) from filter cover (2) .
Personal injury can result from being struck by parts propelled by a released spring force.Make sure to wear all necessary protective equipment.Follow the recommended procedure and use all recommended tooling to release the spring force.

Position filter bolt (1) into a suitable bench vise. Use the bench vise to hold spring (8) and spring (11) in compression as spring pin (7) is removed.
Remove spring pin (7) from filter bolt (1) .
Remove the following items from filter bolt (1) : retainer (12), spring (11), valve (10), valve seat (9) and spring (8) .

Remove filter bolt (1), hard washer (13) and the O-ring seal from filter cover (2) .
