Fabricate hose assembly (G). Use the two pieces of hose (A), the two pieces of hose (B), two 173-7551 Elbows (5), three 173-7549 Tees (4), and eight 124-6256 Hose Clamps (2). See Illustration 1.

Details for Drilled Holes
Drill four holes that are 17.5 mm (0.7 inch) in diameter. See Illustration 3 and Table 4 for the locations.
Place the hose assembly (G) in position so that the threaded ends of the four connectors are extended through the four drilled holes.
Access the threaded end of the connectors through the inspection door that is located on the top of the cold planer in order to complete the installation.
Install a 173-7555 Nozzle (7) in each of the four connectors from the inside of the cold planer. Install the 173-7553 Retainers (6) in order to secure the nozzles (7) in the connectors. Apply pipe sealant (10) on the threaded ends of the connectors before you install the retainers (6) .Note: The installation of the retainers (6) will also secure the connectors to the cold planer.
Install hose assembly (H) to hose assembly (G). The threaded end of hose connector (1) on hose assembly (H) is connected to tee (4), which is the middle connector on hose assembly (G). See Illustration 1.
Route hose assembly (H) along the hydraulic hoses. Secure hose assembly (H) to the hydraulic hoses with cable straps (9) .
Attach the quick connect coupler (3) on hose assembly (H) to the connector for the water tank.
