Apply Tooling (A) to the threads of bolt (53). Install retainer (50), spring (51), retainer (52), and bolt (53) onto spool (49). Tighten bolt (53) to a torque of 50 10 N m (37 7 lb ft). Repeat for the other spool assembly.

Install O-ring seal (46), cover (47), and bolts (48). Tighten bolts (48) to a torque of 49 5 N m (36 4 lb ft).
Install spool assembly (45), O-ring seal (44), cover (43), and bolts (42). Tighten bolts (42) to a torque of 49 5 N m (36 4 lb ft).
Repeat Step 37 and Step 38 for the remaining spool assembly.

Note: Lubricate the O-ring seals and the backup rings with lubricant that is being sealed.
Install O-ring seal (41) onto body (40).
Install backup rings (37) and O-ring seal (36) onto valve (38).
Install backup rings (31), O-ring seal (32), and O-ring seal (30) onto body (29).
Install O-ring seal (26) onto screw (25).
Install valve (39), valve (38), plunger (35), spring (34), spring (33), body (29), plunger (28), spring (26), screw (25), and nut (24) into body (40). Tighten body (29) to a torque of 59 6 N m (44 4 lb ft). Tighten nut (24) to a torque of 20 2 N m (177 18 lb in).

Install relief valve (17). Tighten relief valve (17) to a torque of 95 14 N m (70 10 lb ft). Repeat for the opposite side. Note: Lubricate the O-ring seal and backup ring with lubricant that is being sealed.
Install O-ring seal (21) and backup ring (23) onto plug (19). Install valve (16), spring (18), plug (19), cover (20), and bolts (22). Repeat for the opposite side.

Install valve (11), spring (12), shims (13), O-ring seal (14), and plug (15) into body (10). Tighten plug (15) to a torque of 145 15 N m (107 11 lb ft).

Install relief valves (7) and solenoid (6). Tighten relief valves (7) to a torque of 145 15 N m (107 11 lb ft).
