(25Z) 50 Hertz Generator Set Engines Equipped With Four TurbochargersDescription of Change: A new turbocharger turbine housing is used on the engines equipped with four turbochargers and operating in 50 Hertz applications. This applies to the 4P-4444, 6I-2939, 107-7346, and 107-7350 Basic Engine Arrangements. These engines may have higher than normal turbocharger turbine inlet temperatures when operating under normal conditions. The new turbine housing will provide improved air flow and reduced turbocharger turbine inlet temperatures.Adaptable To: The new 135-8827 Turbine Housing is a direct replacement for the 119-3686 Turbine Housing in the 118-2989 Turbocharger Group on these engines. The new turbine housing is effective with 3516 (25Z5204) Generator Set Engines in the above basic engine arrangements except "special rated" engines that have an approved rating above the standard engine price list offerings.
