Install heater core (20).
Install three bolts (19).

Reposition water valve (17). Install four screws (18). Install nut (16). Connect electrical connector (15). Install the wire tie-wrap.

Install case assembly (14).
Install the washers and five bolts (13).

Install the washers and two bolts (12).

Install hose (11). Tighten hose clamp (10).

Install two grommets (9) on the wire harness. Connect three electrical connectors (8). Install the wire tie-wraps.

Reposition cab air temperature sensor (7) and the bracket. Install the washer, the nut, and bolt (6).

Install temperature sensor (4). Connect electrical connector (5). Install the wire tie-wrap.

Install case assembly (3). Note: Make sure that the two grommets are positioned correctly in the case assembly.
Install the washers and four bolts (2).

Install the heater/air conditioner unit. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Heating and Air Conditioning Unit - Install" in this manual.
