377-2012 Seat suspension, Qty 1
3. Disassemble Procedure
3.1 Remove left console box. Move seat top backward to the extreme position and then disassemble 4 front bolts (P/N 9X-2045). Move the seat top forward to the extreme position and then disassemble 4 rear bolts (P/N 9X-2046). Keep the hardware. (Refer to Image1.1.1 and Image1.1.2)
3.2 Remove right console box. Move seat top backward to the extreme position and then disassemble 4 front bolts (P/N 9X-2045). Move the seat top forward to the extreme position and then disassemble 4 rear bolts (P/N 9X-2046). Keep the hardware. (Refer to Image1.1.1 and Image1.1.2)
3.3 Disassemble seat top from suspension. Move seat top backward to the extreme position and then disassemble 2 screws (P/N 096-0001) and 2 washers (P/N 373-3495) from rail. (Refer to Image1.1.3). Move seat top forward to the extreme position and then disassemble 2 screws (P/N 096-0001) and 2 washers (P/N 373-3495) from rail. (Refer to Image1.1.4). Keep the hardware.
3.4 Disassemble suspension from platform. Move the suspension backward and disassemble 2 mounting bolts (P/N 6V-8202). Move the suspension forward and disassemble another 2 mounting bolts (P/N 6V-8202). (Refer to Image1.1.5 and Image1.1.6). Keep the hardware.
4. Assemble Procedure
4.1 Assemble new suspension (P/N 377-2012) on platform.
4.2 Assemble seat top on suspension.
4.3 Assemble right console box.
4.4 Assemble left console box.
