Information:
1. Put cover assembly (1) in the "OPEN" position.
To prevent possible personal injury, make sure the negative ( - ) terminal of the battery is disconnected first.
2. Disconnect negative ( - ) battery cable (2) first and then disconnect positive (+) battery cable (3). Remove connector battery cable (4). 3. Fasten a nylon strap and a hoist on batteries (5) as shown and remove them from the battery box. The weight of each battery is 68 kg (150 lb.).Install Batteries
1. Fasten a nylon strap and a hoist on batteries (1) and put them in position in the battery box as shown. 2. Install connector battery cable (2) on the positive (+) terminal of one battery and on the negative (- ) terminal of the other battery. 3. Connect positive (+) battery cable (4) to the positive (+) terminal first; then connect negative (-) battery cable (3) on the negative (-) terminal.4. Put the cover assembly in the "CLOSED" position.
