1. Remove bolts (1) and cover assembly (2) from the support assembly. 2. Remove clip assembly (6), and disconnect wire assembly connector (7).3. Remove three nuts (5) and the washers.4. Slide rubber boot (3) from duct (8), and remove housing (4), motor assembly and the fan (wheel) as a unit. 5. Remove three nuts (10), the washers and bracket (9). Remove motor assembly (11) and the fan (wheel) from housing (4). 6. Place an allen wrench between the fins of fan (wheel) (12), and loosen the setscrew that holds the fan to the motor assembly. Remove fan (Wheel) (12), plate (14) and bracket (13) from the motor assembly. 7. Remove two nuts (16) and the washers. Remove bracket (15) and the rubber washer from motor assembly (11).Install Blower Motors And Fans
1. Put the rubber washer and bracket (2) in position on motor assembly (4), and install the washers and nuts (1) that hold them in place.2. Put bracket (5) and plate (3) in position on the motor assembly. 3. Put fan (wheel) (6) in position on motor assembly (4) until there is a maximum clearance of 2.5 mm (.10 in.) between fan (wheel) (6) and plate (3). Tighten the setscrew that holds the fan (wheel) in place. 4. Put motor assembly (4) and fan (wheel) (6) as a unit in position in housing (8) as shown.5. Put bracket (7) in position, and install the three washers and nuts that hold it in place. 6. Make sure spacers (11) are in position on the studs as shown.7. Put motor assembly, fan (wheel) and housing (8) as a unit in position on the studs, and install the three washers and nuts that hold them in place.8. Connect wire assembly connector (10), and install clip assembly (9) that holds connector (10) together. 9. Put cover assembly (13) in position on the support assembly, and install bolts (12) that hold it in place.END BY:a. install seat
