Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the engine compartment shield. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Engine Compartment Shield - Remove and Install".
Remove the hydraulic oil cooler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hydraulic Oil Cooler - Remove and Install".
Remove the radiator top tank. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Radiator Top Tank - Remove and Install".
Remove the radiator cores. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Radiator Core - Remove and Install".
Remove the bottom radiator tank. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Radiator Bottom Tank - Remove and Install".Note: The aftercooler is located next to the radiator.

Remove two bolts (1) and the washers.
Remove two brackets (2) .

Remove two bolts (3) and the washers.

Remove three bolts (5) and the washers.
Remove bracket assembly (4) .
Use two persons in order to carefully remove the aftercooler. The weight of the aftercooler is 30 kg (66 lb).Installation Procedure

Use two persons in order to carefully install the aftercooler.
Install bracket assembly (4) .
Install three bolts (5) and the washers.

Install two bolts (3) and the washers.

Install two brackets (2) .
Install two bolts (1) and the washers.End By:
Install the bottom radiator tank. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Radiator Bottom Tank - Remove and Install".
Install the radiator cores. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Radiator Core - Remove and Install".
Install the radiator top tank. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Radiator Top Tank - Remove and Install".
Install the hydraulic oil cooler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hydraulic Oil Cooler - Remove and Install".
Install the engine compartment shield. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Engine Compartment Shield - Remove and Install".
