Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the engine side guards. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Engine Side Guards - Remove and Install".
Reposition the hydraulic oil cooler out of the way, if equipped.

Remove guard assemblies (1) .

Place a piece of cardboard between fan spider (2) and core assemblies (3). Remove bolts (4) and place fan spider (2) against the cardboard. Remove hose assembly (5) .

Remove adapter (6) from fan drive (7) .

Use two people to remove fan spider (2) from the tractor. The weight of fan spider (2) is approximately 32 kg (70 lb).Installation Procedure

Use two people to install fan spider (2) to the original location. The weight of fan spider (2) is approximately 32 kg (70 lb).

Install adapter (6) on fan drive (7) .
