Check the condition of all O-ring seals and of all parts. If any components are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement. 1. Install O-ring seal (10) on implement pump (3). 2. Install Tooling (A) on implement pump (3). Attach a hoist and a suitable lifting chain to Tooling (A). Put the implement pump in position on the torque converter housing. The weight of the implement pump is 54 kg (119 lb).3. Install two bolts (9) and the washers that hold implement pump (3) to the torque converter housing. 4. Put manifold and hose assembly (8) in position on the implement pump, as shown. Install four bolts (6), the washers and the two spacers that hold the manifold and hose assembly to the implement pump.5. Tighten three bolts (7) and the washers that hold bracket (5) to the engine. 6. Connect tube assembly (4) to implement pump (3).7. Connect hose assemblies (1) and (2) to implement pump (3).8. Fill the hydraulic tank with oil to the correct level. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual for the machine that is being serviced.End By:a. Install the torque converter scavenge pump.
