5. Make sure excess fuel is drained from the suction hose (2) before storing.6. When storing the suction hose (2), coil the suction hose on the support attached behind the fuel tank. Fasten the end of the hose to the holder provided on the support.7. Install cap (1) on the fuel tank.8. Close the side cover.Windshield
Windshield - To provide full ventilation inside the cab, the front windshield can be fully opened. 1. Upper Windshield - To open the windshield completely, disconnect the wiper connector and release the two latches. 2. When the right lock bolt handle is placed in the "AUTO-LOCK" position (as shown in the illustration) and the windshield is pushed back into the storage position, the lock bolt slides on the bracket ramp and is automatically locked. Then move the lock bolt handle into the "LOCKED" position to hold the windshield at the stored position. 3. Lower Windshield - To remove the lower windshield, release the latch on the bottom and lift the windshield until it comes off the window frame. 4. After removing the lower windshield, store it in the windshield holder located in the rear of the right cab frame for safekeeping.Cab Door
Cab Door - Pull the door latch to open the door. Open the door all the way and secure it to the latch on the cab wall, for additional ventilation. Cab Door Release Lever - Pull the lever forward to unlatch the door from the catch.Rear Window
To remove the rear window, pull the ring and push out.Completely remove the O-ring seal attached to the ring from the glazing support seal. This will provide room for the support seal to hinge and the glazing to pass outward.Remove this window for an emergency exit only.Implement Control Levers Adjustment
The control lever position can be adjusted forward/backward and upward/downward. Select the desired position to allow full lever operation. Height Adjustment
1. Remove setscrew (3) that holds knob (2) to lever (1).2. Move the knob up or down to the desired position. When properly adjusted, align the setscrew holes of the lever and the knob and install the setscrew. Foward/Backward Adjustment
The control lever can be turned 60 degrees and placed in either position A or B. Select the desired position.1. Remove rubber ring (1) with a screwdriver.2. Pull the bottom end of boot (2) upward.3. Remove setscrew (3).4. Turn lever (4) to the desired position. Align the setscrew holes of lever (4) and boss (5) and install the setscrew to hold the lever in the selected position.Seat Adjustment
Seat adjustment should be checked at the beginning of each shift or when changing operators.Always use the seat belt when operating machine.Adjust seat to allow full pedal travel with operator's back against seat back.
