When a customer enters Value Point data Logger (VPDL) and selects the parameters to be graphed, the "Graph" area will be left blank and the error messages displayed as "Please select at least 1 channel to graph".When there is no standard parameter (Engine Speed, Engine Coolant and so on) available on Cat® Product Link (PL) assets, but has other customer parameters, PL web will notify user to select any of the existing channels to graph the value. But the graph is not populated.Solution
Caterpillar is aware of this problem, and is working towards a solution. The target date for the completion of the resolution has not yet been determined.
