Remove bolts (1) in order to remove walkway assembly (2) .

Remove bolts (3) in order to remove plate (4) .

Disconnect tube assemblies (5). Disconnect harness assemblies (6). Remove bolts (7) and electronic control module (8) .

Remove tube assemblies (11) and tube assemblies (12) from clips (13). Remove bolts (9) in order to remove mounting bracket (10) .

Loosen bolts (20) in reverse order to the sequence that is shown. Remove bolts (20). Remove engine oil cooler (14) .Note: Bolts (20 are different lengths)
Remove joint (15). Remove bolts (19) in order to remove cooler matrix (16) from housing (18). Remove joints (17) .Installation Procedure

Clean the mating surfaces of the housing for the oil cooler and the cylinder block.

Tighten bolts (20) to a torque of22 N m (195 lb in) in the sequence that is shown.
Tighten bolts (9) to a torque of 22 N m (195 lb in).
Tighten harness assemblies (6) to a torque of 5 1 N m (44 9 lb in).
