2. Fasten a strap and hoist to grille (1).3. Remove the bolts and remove grille (1) from the machine. The weight of the grille is 28 kg (62 lb.). 4. Disconnect oil lines (2) from hydraulic oil cooler (3). Put caps or plugs on the oil lines and oil cooler to prevent any oil loss.5. Remove the bolts and disconnect oil lines (4) from hydraulic oil cooler (3).6. Fasten a strap and hoist to hydraulic oil cooler (3) as shown. 7. Remove bolts (5) and remove hydraulic oil cooler (3) from the machine. The weight of the hydraulic oil cooler is 29 kg (65 lb.).Install Hydraulic Oil Cooler
1. Fasten a strap and hoist to hydraulic oil cooler (1). 2. Put hydraulic oil cooler (1) in position on the machine as shown and install the bolts that hold it. 3. Connect oil lines (2) to the oil cooler.4. Install the grille on the machine.
