Injectors that vary in these characteristics CAN NOT be used as a mixed set in an engine."
This note has some exceptions to it as detailed in the August 28, 1989 Service Magazine. Refer to the chart in that article to see which injectors are interchangeable in mixed sets. Also, the current injector for all 3500 Vehicular Engines which had used the 9Y1785 Injector, is the 7E3382 Injector. To determine the applicable injector for earlier 3500 Vehicular Engines, check the charts in the October 2, 1989 Service Magazine.
