1. Remove one bolt (2) from flywheel (1).2. Install Tool (A) to flywheel (1).3. Install a guide bolt in removed bolt hole.4. Use a hoist and Tool (A) to remove flywheel (1). The weight of the flywheel is 130 kg (285 lb). 5. Remove gear (3) from the flywheel if necessary.6. For installation, heat gear (3) to a maximum temperature of 315 C° (600° F), and install it on flywheel (1) so the chamfer of the gear teeth will be toward the starter pinion when the flywheel is installed.7. Use a hoist and Tool (A) to install flywheel (1) to the crankshaft.8. Put clean engine oil on the threads of bolts (2) that hold the flywheel to the crankshaft.9. Install the eleven bolts (2).10. Remove the guide bolt.11. Install the remaining bolt (2).12. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 270 27 N m (200 20 lb ft).
