Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the hood.
Release the hydraulic system pressure.
Personal injury can result from hot oil spray.Make sure all attachments have been lowered, oil is cool and the pressure has been released from the hydraulic system before removing any components or lines.Be sure there is no pressure in the tubing before it is disconnected from the fitting.Do not allow hot oil or components to contact skin.

Open access door (1).

Remove clips (2) that secure the refrigerant lines to cooling package (3).

Cut all cable straps (5) that connect harness assembly (4) to access door (1). Disconnect harness assembly (4).

Remove bolts (6) and move backup alarm (7) out of the way.

Attach a suitable lifting device to access door (1). The weight of access door (1) is approximately 50 kg (110 lb). Disconnect gas spring assemblies (8).

Remove bolts (9). Use the suitable lifting device in order to remove access door (1).

Remove guard (10).

Remove petcock (12). Remove guard (11).

Disconnect hose (14).

Remove top guard (15).

Disconnect hose (16).

Use two people in order to remove hydraulic oil cooler (17). The weight of hydraulic oil cooler (17) is approximately 32 kg (70 lb). Installation Procedure
Install hydraulic oil cooler (17) in the reverse order of removal.
