Tighten nuts to a torque of 1.70 0.25 N m (15 3 lb in).
Bolt head will not turn when it is seated on the bracket. Tighten nut to a torque of 12 4 N m (9 3 lb ft).
Bolt head will not turn when it is seated on the bracket. Tighten nut (9) to a torque of 25 7 N m (18 5 lb ft).
