Which Generate This Code:This diagnostic code is recorded when the Machine ECM determines that the third gear clutch solenoid requires calibration. This diagnostic code will clear once the calibration procedure has been performed successfully. The diagnostic code will no longer be present.Test Step 1. PERFORM CALIBRATION
Perform the calibration procedure for the third gear clutch solenoid. Refer to Testing and Adjusting, KENR8553, "Engagement Pressure for the Transmission Clutch - Calibrate".Expected Result:The calibration procedure was performed successfully.Results:
YES - The calibration procedure was performed successfully. Resume normal machine operation.STOP
NO - The calibration procedure was not performed successfully. Repair: Perform the calibration procedure again. If the calibration procedure does not correct the problem, ensure that the related hydraulic and mechanical components are operating correctly. If the hydraulic and mechanical components are operating correctly, there may be a problem in the wiring harness or in the solenoid. Refer to the other troubleshooting procedures for the solenoid in order to troubleshoot the circuit.STOP
