1. Disconnect and plug two hose assemblies (1). 2. Remove snap ring (2). Drive out pin (3). Repeat for the opposite end of the cylinder. Remove the cylinder.3. Repeat Steps 1 and 2 for the other cylinder. Install in reverse order.4. Check the level of hydraulic fluid. See the Operation And Maintenance Manual.Disassemble & Assemble Blade Cylinder
Start By:a. remove blade cylinder
Illustration shows the cap screws removed.1. Install the cylinder in tool (A).2. Remove the two cap screws and slide cap (1) away from the barrel assembly.3. While pushing sleeve (2) into the barrel assembly, remove the wire lock using a screwdriver. 4. Pull the barrel assembly away from the rod assembly.5. Check the O-ring seals for wear or damage. Replace as required. Assemble in reverse order.End By:a. install blade cylinder.
