Install drive ring (27) and bolts (26) .

Note: Tightening Procedure for hub nut (X) : Install the hub nut lock washer over the clutch shaft , locating the tab in the drilled hole on the hub-and-back plate. Install hub nut (X) and tighten and torque of 40 N m (30 lb ft). Tighten the hub nut an additional 150 - 180 degrees clockwise, then band a side of the hub nut lock washer up against a flat on the hub nut.
Install bearing (25) on clutch assembly (7) .

Attach a suitable lifting device to transmission (7) . Install clutch assembly (7) and bolts (24) . The weight of clutch assembly (7) is approximately 150 kg (331 lb).

Remove the bolts and access cover (28) .

Disengage locking pin (29) and turn adjusting ring (30) clockwise. Operating torque on the shaft is between 295 N m (218 lb ft) and 391 N m (289 lb ft).Note: New clutch discs require several adjustments for wear-in.

Install access cover (28) and the bolts.

Install bracket (21) and bolts (22) on clutch assembly (7) .
Disengage the power take-off. Install lever assembly (23) as close to vertical as possible. Tighten the nut.

Install bracket (14) and bolts (15) loosely. Locate the axis on bracket (14) and lever assembly (23) . The distance between bracket (14) and lever assembly is 254 2 mm (10.0000 0.08 inch) with lever assembly (23) in the full disengaged position. Tighten bolts (15) .
Install sensor (16) on bracket (19) and install bolts (20) loosely. Install bracket (19) so that sensor (16) is fully covered by lever assembly (23) . Tighten bolts (20) . The distance between sensor (16) and lever assembly (23) is 4 1 mm (0.16 0.04 inch). Tighten the jam nut on sensor (16) .
Install bracket (18) and bolts (17) .

Install hydraulic cylinder (11) , pin (12) , pin (10) , cotter pin (13) , and cotter pin (9) .

Install bracket (2) and bolts (1) .
Install hydraulic cylinder (5) , pin (4) , cotter pin (3) , and clamp (6) .
Apply Tooling (A) to splines of yoke (8) . Install yoke (8) .End By: Install the engine and the clutch assembly. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Engine and Clutch Assembly - Install".
