2. Attach a hoist and a suitable lifting sling to lifting eye (15).3. Carefully lower transmission hydraulic control valve (11) into the transmission housing. The weight of the control valve is 43 kg (95 lb).4. Align the control valve and install four bolts (14). Bolts (14) are marked with an "X". Do not tighten the bolts at this time. 5. Install two sleeves (12) in the transmission hydraulic control valve.6. Install bolt (13) and the washer that holds sleeves (12) in position. Ensure that the washer has engaged the notch in each of the sleeves.7. Put connector (11) in position in the transmission housing. Install the nut on connector (10) and tighten to a torque of 9 1 N*m (7 1 lb ft). Connect the wiring harness to connector (10).8. Tighten four bolts (3) marked with the "X" that hold the transmission hydraulic control valve to the planetary housing to a torque of 48 4 N*m (35 3 lb ft). 9. If necessary, install a new gasket on cover assembly (6). Put cover assembly (6) and guard (9) in position on the transmission housing. Install eleven bolts (8).10. If necessary, install a new gasket on cover assembly (6). Put cover assembly (6) in position on cover assembly (7). Install ten bolts (5). 12. Put cover (4) in position and install three bolts (3). 13. Put cover (2) in position and install two bolts.14. Fill the transmission to the correct level. For the correct filling procedure, refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual for the machine that is being serviced. End By:a. Remove the steering frame lock pin. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock Pin - Remove and Install" for the machine that is being serviced.
