Use the following information for the installation of the repair kit.

Place the RH plate assembly (4) on the outside surface of the window frame. Refer to Illustration 1.Note: Slide the plate into the recess (5) of the frame in order to align the plate with the outer frame. Refer to Illustration 2. Align the inside edge of the plate (6) with the inside edge of the outer frame. Refer to Illustration 2.
Mark the four holes on the frame.
Drill four 6.8 mm (0.2677 inch) holes in the frame.
Place the two rivets (2) in the top holes. Refer to Illustration 1. Place the two rivets (1) in the side holes. Refer to Illustration 1. Secure the rivets.
Repeat Step 1 through Step 4 for the left hand plate (3). Refer to Illustration 1.Note: Inspect the frame after 1000 hours.
