Fabricate steel plate using dimensions in Illustration 74 and Illustration 75 for additional mass of 4970 kg (10957 lb).
Based on dimensions shown the plate material will be approximately 200 mm (7.9 inch) thick.
Secure the material by welding steel plate to bumper.
Provisions should be made to enable continued access to drawbar pin.
