1. Lower the bucket to the ground. Block the bucket to prevent bucket movement.2. Install a lifting device to bucket.3. Remove the cotter pins and spacers.4. Remove the bucket mounting pins. Engage the boom control to raise the bucket linkage from the bucket.5. Reverse the procedure to install the bucket.Stabilizer Pads
1. Lower the stabilizers onto blocking.2. Install a lifting device to pad lift eye.3. Remove the cotter pin, spacer pin, and pad.4. Reverse the procedure to install the pad.Stabilizer Street Pads
1. Raise and support the stabilizer.2. Install four pads and hardware as shown. Two pads on each stabilizer.Alternator and Belt
Disconnect the battery cables from the battery. 1. Remove the wires from the terminals. Number wires to aid in accurate hookup.2. Loosen the alternator belt.3. Remove adjusting and mounting hardware.4. Reverse the procedure to install.5. Measure the deflection of the belt. Apply approximately 110 N (25 lb) force midway between the drive pulley and the alternator. Deflection should be 14 to 20 mm (9/16 to 13/16 inch).Starter
Disconnect the battery cables from the battery. 1. Remove the wires from the terminals. Number the wires to aid in accurate hookup.2. Remove the flange mounting bolts and remove starter.3. Reverse the procedure to install starter.Lights
1. Disconnect the terminals on the working or head lights.2. Remove the mounting hardware and terminal.3. Pull the running light lenses out.4. Remove and replace the bulb and lens.Muffler
1. Remove the exhaust clamp and pipe.2. Remove muffler clamps and mounting bracket.3. Remove the muffler.4. Reverse the procedure to install muffler.Thermostat-Water Temperature Regulator
1. Remove top clamp and hose.2. Remove two bolts and flange.3. Remove the old regulator and gasket.4. Install the new regulator, gasket, flange and hoses.Battery
Remove bolts and cover for battery access.1. Remove the two terminal clamps.2. Remove retaining clamps and remove battery.3. Install the battery, retaining clamps and cover. Put a light coat of petroleum jelly on battery terminal post.Valve Cover and Gasket
1. Remove hose from valve cover.2. Remove bolts and valve cover. Remove all of the old gasket.3. Install the new gasket in valve cover.4. Install the valve cover on the cylinder head.5. Install the bolts that hold the valve cover in position. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 9 3 N m (7 2 lb ft).6. Install the hose to valve cover.
