Installation of new 300-6714 Isolation Mounts
Step 1. Install qty 12 new 300-6714 Mounts and qty 6 new 322-4479 Spacers into Support As. (See Image 2.7.1)
Step 2. Place 9N-0869 Washer on top of each 300-6714 Mount, align mounting holes of Condenser Gp with isolation mounts and lower Condenser Gp onto washer. (See Image 2.7.2)

Step 3. Install 8T-6912 Bolt and 9N-0869 Washer thru each mounting hole then install 5C-7261 Nut and 9N-0869 Washer to bolts. Tighten Nut to standard torque.
Step 4. Re-install hose clips on air conditioning lines inside of LH ROPS post using retained hardware.
Step 5. Install the modified Condenser's top perforated guards using retained hardware. Make sure that there is adequate clearance to the fan covers with the new cut-out area. If not, modify the perforated guard assembly to provide adequate clearance.
Step 6. Install the Condenser's bottom perforated guard. For D6T also install product link mounting hardware and AC hose spacer. Use qty 6 larger washers 8T-4222 on elongated holes. Use a 5mm spacer, 8T-7971, between bottom perforated guard as. and support as. (total qty 2, See Image 2.8.1) Make certain to assemble bottom perforated guard as. with space to the coil as. allowed with new elongated holes. Touch up yellow paint as needed.

Step 7. If equipped, install rear window screen and attached rear lighting, with retained hardware. (See Images 2.2.1 and 2.2.2)
Step 8. When replacing 320-2151 Coil As. also replace 320-0562 Dryer As. with qty 2 327-0282 Seal- Integral
Step 9. Evacuate per SENR5664 and add 60 ml (2 oz) 4C-2959 PAG Lubricant - A/C to system before charging A/C system with 2.7 kg (6.0 lb) R-134a for the D6T or 2.5 kg (5.5 lb) R-134a for the D8T.

Rework of 349-5184 Guard As.
Step 1. Remove the upper 349-5184 guard assembly from the machine. Retain the hardware.
Step 2. Remove material in the condenser's top perforated guard (349-5184) according to the pattern shown to ensure clearance between the blower motor fan guards and the top perforated guard assembly. Touch up yellow paint on guard and allow to dry before assembly. (See Images 3.1.1 and 3.1.2)
Step 3. Install the modified Condenser's top perforated guard using retained hardware. Make sure that there is adequate clearance to the fan covers with the new cut-out area. If not, modify the perforated guard assembly to provide adequate clearance.
