1     16     4K-5175 Bolt     Use the following procedure in order to tighten the bolts:
1. Before assembly, apply blue Loctite 243 to the threads of the bolts.
2. Tighten bolt 1 through bolt 16 in the numerical sequence as shown in the Illustration 1 to
55 N m (40 lb ft).
4. Again, tighten bolt 1 through bolt 16 in the numerical sequence as shown in the Illustration 1 to
80 N m (60 lb ft).
5. Finally, tighten bolt 1 through bolt 16 in the numerical sequence as shown in the Illustration 1 to
105 N m (75 lb ft).    
2     8     5B-9385 Bolt     During installation, flush the end of the bolt with back side of the stub shaft plate.    
3     1     250-6872 Guard As     Install the guard assembly, after rotor bolts have been properly torqued and stationary shield group has been installed.
