Remove oil filter housing.

Remove 6 bolts (1) and guard assembly (2).

Remove bolts (3) and cover (4).

Remove 2 bolts (5) and attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device in place of the bolts. The vibration damper weighs approximately 183 kg (403 lb).

Remove two bolts (7) and install Tooling (B) in place of the bolts.
Remove remaining bolts (7) and vibration damper (6).Installation Procedure
Install vibration damper (6) in the reverse order of removal.
Apply Tooling (C) to the threads of bolts (7).
